Welcome to Fitfully Forward, a 501c3 non-profit organization utilizing fitness, dance, and nutrition education to promote a “sense of well-being” in under-resourced populations.
We are comprised of like-minded fitness professionals with the desire to improve the health and wellness of the community, especially those individuals and groups that do not have access to facilities or resources.

The WOW program uses fitness as a mechanism to stimulate discussions for future planning and goal setting.
Pay It Forward
A peer facilitation program for individuals on the Autism spectrum who are aging out of high school.
Outreach
We partner with community organizations serving local children, seniors, and veterans to bring programs to their locations.
